The Board of Education shall provide extended school year services to a disabled student when his/her IEP Team has determined that the student is likely to suffer severe, irreparable regression, due to interruption of services, and will not recoup to such an extent that s/he will be unable to attain critical IEP objectives to such a degree that s/he will ultimately be less self-sufficient as an adult.

The Superintendent shall implement administrative guidelines which are in compliance with Federal and State requirements.
