The Food and Nutrition Services Department will comply with the provisions set forth in Federal law regarding the sale of competitive food and foods of minimal nutritional value.

Only the Food and Nutrition Services Department shall sell food and beverages in District schools during regular school hours until after the last lunch period, at which time other school organizations may begin to sell foods and beverage items in accordance with the Board's Wellness Policy 8510 and with principal approval.
