Participation in Council-sponsored student programs is a privilege and not a right. Therefore, the Board of Directors authorizes the Executive Director and supervisors to prohibit a student from participating in any particular program of the Council.

Students prohibited from participation in all or part of any Council-sponsored program are not entitled to further notice, hearing, or appeal rights.

This policy shall be posted in a central location in each Council facility and will be available to students upon request.
