The Board of Directors shall offer health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits to all full-time staff members who work at least thirty (30) hours per week. Plans offered shall be in accordance with the plans described in the Northern Buckeye Education Council Insurance Program. The Board also reserves the right to request that employees contribute a portion of the premium costs for these benefits.
