4160.01 - TUBERCULOSIS SCREENING
The Board of Education will follow the recommendations of the Hamilton County TB Control Program in determining which staff are to be classified in high risk groups and must receive screening for TB, using either Mantoux Skin Test 5 TU PPD or QuantiFERON blood tests.
The Board shall require that, in addition to all other requirements for employment in Mt. Healthy City Schools, all schools are to appropriately identify and screen staff who are members of the following high risk groups specified below and require TB screening within the prescribed period as specified by the Hamilton County Public Health TB Control Unit in accordance with R.C. 3313.71 and R.C. 3701.13, and A.C. 3701-15-02.
