7550 - JOINT USE OF FACILITIES
The Board of Education advocates the joint expenditure of District funds and municipal or county funds to provide those facilities from which the entire community, children and adults alike, may derive benefits.
In accordance with this policy, the Board shall, as either opportunity or need arises, and as it is entitled to do so by law, join with each or all of the governing bodies of municipalities comprising the District and the board of county commissioners in acquiring, improving, equipping, operating, or maintaining such jointly-use facilities as playgrounds, playing fields, gymnasiums, and libraries.
