The School Board will permit school vehicles, owned or leased by this District, to be used to transport individuals or groups in accordance with law.

Such transportation shall be limited to those hours and days when vehicles are not required for the transportation of students. The Board reserves the right to refuse or cancel any nonschool transportation in the interest of the educational program or the efficient operation of the District.

Vehicles must be operated by the holder of a valid bus driver's license who is an employee of this District or someone approved by the Board. The cost of nonschool transportation shall be based on administrative guidelines established by the Superintendent.
