The School Board shall assess tuition for attendance in District schools by students who are not entitled to receive a free public education in this District and whose enrollment has been approved by the Board.

Estimated rates shall be available before the beginning of the school year or before the student's attendance commences.

Charges shall be the maximum permitted by law and shall be adjusted in accordance with law.
