The School Board may provide for the payment of the actual and necessary expenses, including traveling expenses, of any educational support personnel member incurred in the course of performing authorized services for the District, whether within or outside the premises and in accordance with the Superintendent's administrative guidelines.

The validity of payments for such expenses shall be determined by the Assistant Superintendent for Business or his/her designee.
