The School Board shall provide for a educational support personnel member's absence for personal necessity and reserves the right to specify, within the limits of law, the manner of proof of personal necessity, the type of situations in which such leave will be permitted, and the total number of days which may be used in any school year for personal leave.

One (1) personal business day will be granted annually for personnel employed 180-200 days per year.

Two (2) personal business days will be granted annually for personnel employed 201-225 days per year.

Three (3) personal business days will be granted annually for personnel employed 226-260 days per year.

Unused personal business days in excess of four (4) days shall accumulate as sick leave.
