4220 - EVALUATION OF STAFF
The Board of Directors recognizes the importance of implementing a program of staff member evaluations for the purpose of promoting individual job performance and improving services to students.
The goals of the Board's evaluation plan for personnel are to:
| A. | improve and reinforce the skills, attitudes, and abilities which enable a staff member to be effective in achieving assigned job goals; | ||
| B. | identify and remediate weaknesses which prevent a staff member from achieving the goals of assigned duties; | ||
| C. | strive for the improvement of the total Council program; | ||
| D. | establish a process of continuous and systematic staff member evaluation. |
The Executive Director shall prepare administrative guidelines for the conduct of staff member evaluations.
