The Governing Board wishes to promote the continued improvement of the instructional and curricular program of the schools through all appropriate means. The Board will encourage members of the school staff and of the student body who wish to pursue a promising program for school improvement.

An innovative program design shall address the steps below when appropriate to the project:

Each innovative program shall be consistent with the Center's objectives and long range plans. Programs designed for disabled students must comply with Federal and State guidelines.
