The Board of Education will provide qualified consultants, individually or through a consortium, to assist participating local districts in providing appropriate instructional programs in accordance with the Michigan Model for Comprehensive School Health Education.

The Superintendent shall prepare administrative guidelines that will ensure that training and follow-up provided to staff members of local districts is appropriate for implementing the various aspects of the curriculum.
