The Board of Education of this District shall be known officially as the Menominee County Intermediate School District Board of Education.

The Board of Education exists to serve as a liaison agency between the local school districts in Menominee County and the State Department of Education and to provide those educational programs and services requested by the constituent districts or mandated by the State.
