6423 - USE OF CREDIT CARDS

The Board of Education recognizes the value of an efficient method of payment and record keeping for certain expenses.

The Board, therefore, authorizes the use of District credit cards by the Superintendent, Treasurer, Business Manager, and Assistant Superintendent and those other employees, on a temporary basis, as approved by the Superintendent.

The Superintendent shall develop administrative guidelines that specify the types of expenses which can be paid by credit card and their proper supervision and use.
