4124 - EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
The Board of Education requires for the mutual protection of the District and the support staff member that every newly employed person in a civil service position sign a probationary employment contract for a period of not more than ninety (90) days. This contract shall be in accordance with Civil Service regulations.
All other employees sign an employment contract. This contract shall include the term for which employment is contracted, the salary, and such other matters as may be necessary to a full and complete understanding of the contract.
