3220.03 - EVALUATION OF TEACHERS ON LIMITED CONTRACT
The Board of Education recognizes the importance of implementing a program for the evaluation of teachers on limited contracts for the purpose of improving the quality of instruction received by the students, strengthening professional competence by identifying and correcting deficiencies, and for establishing a means for determining reemployment.
Each District teacher on a limited contract, an extended limited contract, or a supplemental contract shall be evaluated according to the terms of the negotiated agreement with the Medina City Teachers' Association (M. C. T. A.).
This policy does not apply to the Superintendent, administrators, or teachers employed as substitutes for less than 120 days during a school year.
