The Board shall prepare and review annually a list of job classifications for classified employees. Said list shall serve as the basis for a salary schedule.

The Superintendent may review specifications descriptive of the duties, responsibilities, requirements, and qualifications of each job classification.

Each employee of the District shall be notified of his/her classification when employed and following each change in classification.
