The Board of Education requires an evaluation of the performance of the Treasurer in order to assist both the Board and the Treasurer in the proper discharge of their responsibilities and to enable the Board to provide the District with the best possible leadership.

"The Treasurer will be evaluated once each year in executive session by the five (5) Board members with input/recommendations from the Superintendent. The Treasurer's evaluation will be done by the first regularly scheduled Board meeting following the January organizational meeting."

The evaluation will include mutual goal setting for the Treasurer with his/her performance being measured by his/her effectiveness in achieving the agreed goals, in performing the duties stated in the Treasurer's job description, or in carrying out directives given to him/her by the Board of Education.
