7510.02 - USE OF EAST WEST STADIUM

Request for the use of East West Stadium must be submitted to the Facilities/Activities Athletic Director.

Groups may be responsible for paying to the Marion County Board of Education a rental fee of $100 per hour and a clean-up fee of $50 per day, unless an authorized Board employee is designated to supervise clean-up.

All charges for use of the facility will be used to pay for utilities and for general maintenance at the East West Stadium.

The following rates will apply:

 A.First priority for usage of the facility will be given to activities under the supervision of the Marion County Board. School groups may be responsible for clean-up fee if an authorized Board employee is not designated to supervise clean-up.
 B.Groups composed of school-aged children, that do not charge admission, may use the facility at no charge for rental fee. Clean-up and lighting fees may apply.
 C.Groups composed of school-aged children, that do charge admission, may rent the facility for $100 per hour. Clean-up fees may apply.
 D.Groups composed of persons other than school-aged children may rent the facility for $100 per hour and $50 per day clean-up fee. Hourly rate may be adjusted for non-school related events dependent upon size of event participation.
 E.Concession will be provided by the East West Stadium group only, unless authorization is granted in the contract.
 F.All groups requesting use of East West Stadium facility must have a designated school employee present for supervision.

Arrangements will be made with the Facilities/Activities Athletic Director to lock and unlock the facility. Groups will be accessed for any damages to the facility, and any charge for damage must be paid prior to renting the facility again.

If a school employee designated to supervise clean-up of the facility fails to do so, clean-up fees will be charged.

East West Stadium may not be used before 1:00 p.m., nor after 6:00 p.m. on Sundays.

The Marion County Board is not responsible for injuries.
