The following areas shall be permitted to have a change fund as established by the Board of Education to be used for the purpose of conducting daily operations: Adult, Cafeteria, Cosmetology, School Restaurant, Horticulture, School Store, Snack Bar, Student Fees.

In all instances, the change shall be liquidated on June 30th and December 31st of any calendar year.
