Good attendance is a critical element to the effectiveness of Board programs and services. Regular attendance of all staff is vital to the effectiveness of the agency. Direct service and support services are most effective when performed with the continuity provided by regular employees vs. substitutes. The Board maintains that tardiness and absenteeism negatively affects the quality of services and inhibits staff morale.
