7510.01 - ORGANIZATION RIGHTS
Any employee organization recognized by the Board shall have the right to:
| A. | Use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. Permission of the principal or his/her designee shall be required. Such permission shall not be withheld unreasonably. | ||
| B. | Use school equipment, including typewriters, duplicating equipment, calculating machines, and audiovisual equipment at reasonable times when such equipment is not in use. No equipment shall be removed from school property without approval by the principal. Such permission shall not be withheld unreasonably. An organization will pay for any damage, loss, or theft of borrowed property. | ||
| C. | Use of inter-school mail facilities. Permission of the principal or his/her designee shall be required. Such permission shall not be withheld unreasonably. | ||
| D. | Use space on an appropriate bulletin board in each school building. The location of such bulletin boards shall be agreed upon mutually by each organization and the principal. Materials to be posted shall be in good taste. |
Upon request, copies of public records, agendas, minutes, and such other public information that shall assist the organization in developing intelligent, accurate, informed, and constructive programs. The organization will be required to pay for the reasonable costs of reproducing such materials.
