When the District receives a check that, when deposited, is returned dishonored, the Treasurer shall see that a fee in the amount banks charge the Board is assessed to any individual presenting a check to the Board that is returned dishonored and further authorizes the appropriate school employees to require a cashier’s check or cash payments from parties who establish a pattern of submitting dishonored checks.
