The School Board realizes the concern of its support staff for the availability of those protective and personally advantageous benefits beyond an individual's basic salary. It is the Board's desire to make available or provide, within the limits of law and sound fiscal management, those which are beneficial to the support staff member and the Corporation.

These benefits shall include sick leave, personal business day, bereavement leave, and jury duty. The terms and conditions of these benefits are to be included in the "Handbook of Support Staff Employees."
