7510D - USE OF FACILITIES FOR COMMUNITY FUND-RAISERS

Fund-raising by community groups during school events is permitted under the following conditions:

 A.The application indicating the type of fund-raider must be presented to the appropriate administrator within a reasonable amount of time preferably ten (10) days prior to the event for approval.

 B.No monies are to be left on Corporation premises upon completion of the fund-raiser.

 C.Each approved organization shall be responsible for clean-up required by its fund-raising activity.

 D.Each approved organization is to provide special materials and equipment associated with the fund-raiser and make arrangements for the use of Corporation equipment and facilities.

 E.No students are to be involved in the soliciting of funds for the fund-raising activity or participate in the fund-raising activity without prior approval of the appropriate administrator.
