The School Board realizes the concern of its support staff for the availability of those protective and personally advantageous benefits beyond an individual's basic salary. It is the Board's desire to make available or provide, within the limits of law and sound fiscal management, those which are beneficial to the support staff member and the Corporation.

All employees shall be retired according to Federal laws and regulations.

All eligible employees are required to participate in the Indiana State Teachers' Retirement Fund or the Indiana Public Employees' Retirement Fund, whichever is applicable.
