5120 - ASSIGNMENT WITHIN DISTRICT
The Board of Education directs that the assignment of students to schools within this District be consistent with the best interests of students and the best use of the resources of this District.
Each student shall attend the school building that serves his/her attendance area and grade placement. Exceptions may be made in the following instances:
| A. | if a physical or learning disability of the student makes it necessary to attend a building that has facilities which would minimize his/her problem, | |
| B. | if the family is in the process of moving at the beginning of the school year or at the beginning of a semester. |
