The School Board shall provide health insurance to all full-time staff members in accordance with the plan described in the Corporation's Health Insurance Plan known as the PPO 300 Plan, the PPO 1000 Plan, and the High Deductible Health Plan.

Employees who have coverage through the employer of a working spouse may waive the Corporation's health insurance coverage. If this waiver is due to a qualifying event during the plan year, the waiver must be in writing and be accompanied by evidence of other health insurance coverage.

Staff members may either waive insurance coverage or revoke a previous waiver on an annual basis and in accordance with procedure described in the plan.
