3210.01 - EMPLOYEE CONDUCT
All staff members have a responsibility to make themselves familiar with, and to abide by, the laws of the State of Ohio, the policies of the Board of Education, and the administrative regulations designed to implement them.
The Board expects staff members to conduct themselves in a manner which not only reflects credit to the District, but also presents a model worthy of emulation by students.
All staff members will be expected to carry out their assigned responsibilities with conscientious concern. Essential to the success of ongoing school operations and the instructional program are the following specific responsibilities which will be required of all personnel:
| A. | faithful and promptness in attendance at work | ||
| B. | support and enforcement of policies of the Board and regulations of the school administration | ||
| C. | submit required reports promptly and accurately | ||
| D. | care and protection of school property |
E. concern and attention toward their own and the District’s legal responsibility for the safety and welfare of students, including the need to ensure that students are under supervision at all times and
| F. | maintain professionalism in all matters |
