The Board of School Trustees shall provide extended school year services to a disabled student when his/her Case Conference has determined that the student is likely to suffer severe regression, due to interruption of services, and will be unlikely to recoup to such an extent that he/she will be unable to maintain critical IEP objectives, and may, therefore, ultimately be less self-sufficient as an adult.

The Superintendent shall implement administrative guidelines which are in compliance with Federal and State requirements.
