All support staff members who present evidence of retirement from active service with the School Board shall be granted severance pay for their accrued but unused sick leave days in accordance with the appropriate negotiated agreement.

The Board authorizes the payment of a retiring support staff member of his/her unused sick leave days under the conditions established in the Superintendent's administrative guidelines.
