A support staff member may be suspended or terminated by a majority vote of the Board of Education.

A support staff member may resign by filing a written resignation with the Superintendent.

The Superintendent shall act for the Board in the acceptance of a resignation.

A resignation, once accepted, may not then be rescinded.
