The Board of Education requires that the compensation of part-time professional staff members be prorated so that they are compensated in an amount equivalent to the portion of time worked, whether it be a fraction of a day or a fraction of a year. The Superintendent shall ensure that such arrangements comply with the terms of the negotiated, collective bargaining agreement.
