The Board of Education recognizes that the success of the driver education and community education programs depends in large measure upon the employment of qualified, certified, where necessary, and competent personnel.

The Board shall fix the compensation and set the term of employment for each person employed in the programs established for this District. The Board will employ only those candidates recommended by the Superintendent.

No candidate for employment shall receive recommendation for such employment without having proffered visual evidence of proper certification, if needed or that application for such certification is in process.

A candidate's intentional misstatement of fact material to his/her qualifications for employment or the determination of his/her salary will be considered by the Board to constitute grounds for dismissal.
