The board of education, teachers, ADMINISTRATORS and support staff of the elk rapids schools, in partnership with students, parents and the community, shall provide high quality educational programs which enable all students to acquire knowledge, achieve self-FULFILLMENT and self-reliance, and become contributing members of society.
