In order to promote the well-being of all East Muskingum school students and to promote the quality of educational programming, broad community involvement will be actively encouraged.

Communications is recognized as a two (2) way process involving input from the community to the schools and effective dissemination of relevant school information to the public.

Opinion of the community will be solicited regarding major educational goals. Research data on the schools will be made available to the public, the resources of the schools will be available to community members upon request, and an annual report as required by statute will be distributed to the public.
