The Board of Education shall name the depositories for all district funds. This action shall be taken biannually, in accordance with law and a written contract for their services shall be entered into with each depository.

The Board may maintain a safety deposit box for the protection of securities and other valuable items. The Superintendent and Treasurer shall serve as custodians of the safety deposit box.
