The Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent to create and maintain, as necessary, appropriate mechanisms such as councils, cabinets, and committees in order to insure effective communications and adequate input regarding vital matters concerning our District. Such bodies shall be created and dissolved at the discretion of the Superintendent.

Membership, composition, and responsibilities of cabinets, councils, or committees shall be determined by the Superintendent.
