3420 - BENEFITS FOR NONREPRESENTED STAFF

Salaries and fringe benefits for all professional staff members not covered by the terms of a negotiated, collectively-bargained agreement shall be determined annually by the Board of Education upon the recommendation of the Superintendent.

Benefits for Part-Time Employees

 A.1425 annual hours = full time employment.

 B.Ninety percent (90%) of the above full time employment qualifies employee for full insurance benefits.

 C.Employee must be employed at least fifty-one percent (51%) of above full time employment to qualify for pro-ration of benefits.

 D.Temporary employees are not eligible for benefits.

 E.Part-time employees will advance on salary/step schedule on a pro-rated basis.
