The Director of Student, Support Services, who is the ADA Compliance Officer, shall ensure that the following notice is made a part of each communication concerning a District activity to which the public is invited:

"In accordance with State and Federal law, the District will provide reasonable accommodations to persons with disabilities who wish to attend and/or participate in school events. Such individuals should notify a Building Administrator if they require a reasonable accommodation."
