The administration shall be required to seek competitive bids for services on architectural projects where the architectural fees are estimated to be $317,313 or more, or the construction costs are $4.4 million or more. The numbers will be adjusted annually to reflect the Consumer Price index beginning with 1999.

The Board reserves the right, by majority vote of the full Board, to interview final bidders on a major project.

The Dearborn Public Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in part or in whole, or waive irregularities, for any reason.
