The Board of Education shall provide group insurance for the classified staff of this District eligible to participate in accordance with statute. Participation in this plan is optional.

The Board shall pay the portion that is indicated in the Classified Staff Compensation and Fringe Benefits Agreement adopted 8/17/94 of the premium cost for such insurance.
