Salaries and fringe benefits for all classified staff members not covered by the terms of a currently-valid negotiated, collectively-bargained agreement shall be not less than those provided in the collective bargaining agreement with Crestview Employees Association and will be determined by the Board of Education upon the recommendation of the Superintendent.
