Under the provisions of law, certain classified employees of this District shall be subject to the provisions of the Civil Service laws. It is the purpose of the Board of Education to enumerate such covered classifications.

The following classified employees shall be covered by the provisions of the Civil Service laws: custodial, clerical, cafeteria, transportation, and paraprofessional.
