It is the policy of the Board of Education that faculty members in each school building of the District be permitted to maintain vending machines in the teacher's lounge.

One teacher in each building shall be designated by the staff to be responsible for said machine and the money therefrom. Private and public funds are not to be co-mingled; profits from the machine may be disposed of as the majority of the faculty of each building desires.

Students shall not be permitted to use faculty vending machines.
