7320 - NAMING OF BUILDINGS
NEW BUILDINGS
Whenever a new District facility is approved by the Board of Education, steps shall be taken to name the facility.
All buildings will be named after American Indian tribes. To help facilitate the naming of a facility, the Board may solicit input from a committee.
EXISTING FACILITIES AND SCHOOL OWNED PROPERTY SURROUNDING FACILITIES
Consideration for naming facilities within a building and/or school owned property surrounding building and facilities will not be considered, except as permitted in Policy 7322 - Naming of Facilities within a building or District-owned equipment through advertising.
