6321 - CHANGE ORDERS – BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND TECHNOLOGY

It is the policy of the Board of Education that the Superintendent or designee be authorized to initiate change orders to existing contracts for purposes of District requested work, deducts, code compliance, or hidden conditions on construction and technology projects. Those change orders initiated by the Superintendent or designee will be submitted to the Board of Education in summary format for final approval.
