The Board of Education shall assess tuition for attendance in District schools by students who are not entitled to receive a free, public education in this District.

A $1.00 tuition will be charged for any non-resident students enrolling and attending school. If the student will become a resident and is enrolled and attending classes prior to the official count day the $1.00 will be waived. All non-resident students must obtain a release from their resident District before they may be accepted and enrolled.

The Superintendent or designee shall be responsible for the assessment and collection of tuition.
