5113.01 - STUDENT TRANSFER (Intra-District)

The Board of Education will allow District students to transfer from the attendance and in which they reside to another District attendance area as conditions allow. Transportation is parent/guardian responsibility.

The Superintendent shall, in cooperation with the appropriate committee, submit a plan to the Board each year for its review and approval. The plan is to specify the conditions under which a student may enroll in a school other than the one in his/her attendance area.
